1. Acceptance of Terms

    • Programming and technical courses

    • Internship-based learning programs

    • Workshops and mentorship sessions

    • Digital educational materials

Skillora reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

 

    • Users must be at least 16 years old.

    • Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

    • Users must provide accurate registration information.

Skillora reserves the right to suspend accounts containing false or misleading information.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

 

    • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

    • All activities conducted under your account

    • Ensuring your device compatibility and internet access

Skillora shall not be liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on Skillora, including but not limited to:

  • Course videos
  • Source code
  • PDFs and downloadable materials
  • Slide decks
  • Branding and logos
  • Website design and structure

Are the exclusive intellectual property of Skillora.

Strictly prohibited actions include:

  • Recording course sessions
  • Downloading content without authorization
  • Redistributing materials
  • Reselling or sharing access
  • Publishing course material publicly

Violation may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Share login credentials
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Upload malicious code or attempt security breaches
  • Harass mentors or students
  • Use the platform for unlawful activities

Skillora reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice or refund for violations.

7. Certification & Internship Disclaimer

  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of defined requirements.
  • Internship opportunities are performance-based and not guaranteed.
  • Skillora does not guarantee employment, salary outcomes, or job placement unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Educational results depend on individual effort and application.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skillora shall not be liable for:

  • Career or financial decisions made based on course content
  • Business losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Technical interruptions
  • Data loss due to third-party failures

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of guaranteed results.

9. Platform Availability

Skillora does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access.

10. Data & Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Skillora Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

11. Modification of Terms

Skillora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be effective upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Termination of Access

Skillora may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For fraudulent or abusive conduct
  • For misuse of intellectual property

Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the courts located in: Mumbai, Maharashtra
